I like to see beyond the everyday, the mundane, and add an edge of mythology and the unexpected in my  work

I have dedicated my adult life to being creative, and sculpting in clay has been central to my inspiratiology!

1985-1989 work sold in Liberty's one off department and Harrods craft gallery. Also in two exhibitions at Charles de-Temple Piccadilly and several Chelsea Craft Fairs.
The work has entered a number of art collections in England, America, Japan, Canada and Germany.
1993  I became very interested in the Bardic Tradition and it's roots and influence in the original cultural groups of Britain, Europe, North America, The Artic, Siberia and Africa.

PARALLAX February 27th(PV) ,28th Feb and 1st March. This is my first exhibition in london for a few years. I will have Three Major brand new sculptures there, including Merlin and the Stone of Destiny, The Shard Dragon and a Faerie fable The Coming of spring!
The New page will be up on this website before the exhibition
page for details of this years shows.
The major thrust for the work between now and the winter of 2015 is to develop the sculptures alongside the New Book and the Illustrations.. As last year in 2014, I am pushing the boundaries of what I can achieve with clay. I have, after 17 years returned to using Porcelain in place of white earthenware and I am also building a range of new work based on the themes of Fable, Classic Mythology, Shakesspeare and childrens literature.
I am also pursuing work based on the Arts and Crafts movement, as the piece below illustrates.
Therefore, many of the pieces will either have their roots from deep within world Myth, or be extensions and developments of art work personal to my own interests and writing.
